We like that we can add certain qualifications like size and location. **What do you dislike about Foureyes?** It is more expensive compared to other software we have used and it takes a while to set up and get used to using the software. It is not beginner friendly. I think if it could simplify the approval process more, it would be a great program. **What problems is Foureyes solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps save time with scheduling automated mass emails and we can change the frequency of the emails and messages we send out to our audience and potential clients. The AI lead management is very good, emailing prospects about pricing changes and discounts without any user intervention but it still lets the sales people know about it and has oftebn turned a "dead" prospect into a live one. It's also very effective of keeping track of contact, sorting them out by geographic region and letting the sales people know when might be a good time for an in-person visit. **What do you dislike about Foureyes?** The billing portion of the software could be better. Sending our single bills is fine but we often tod o split shipments and multi-part orders and the interface for getting that done is a bit over-complicated. **What problems is Foureyes solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps to categorize potential customers based on whether they're currently hot or not and saves enormous time avoiding prospects that were never going to buy while helping to warm up prospects that were sitting on the fence, often turning a "maybe" into a sale. ### 5. I like this tool and there fewer things that I don't like about it. It captures their visits to our website and alerts us if there's no new activity in our CRM related to that specific prospect, oftentimes the lead had been marked "dead" after months of inactivity. Finally, our rep Shawn Souza, provides us with some of the best customer service! Our account representatives have been continuously helpful, and we're seeing big changes with lead generation! This platform has been very useful as a tool to help us monitor our website traffic, as well as obtain customers that may be in a very early stage of the sales funnel. Using this information, we can try to keep our prospective customers looking at information from our dealership, rather than traveling to competing dealerships in the area. **What do you dislike about Foureyes?** Occasionally, starting a campaign can be slow with results for the first couple of months. However, this isn't a fault of Foureyes. Usually, the campaign is running like a beast during the trial period, and you truly get a feel for the depth of Foureyes. As a customer of Foureyes through Adpearance, the billing process could definitely be simplified. I was hoping all of the services could be billed together per dealership, rather than being divided, but again that is completely understandable. **Recommendations to others considering Foureyes:** Use their trial period, and ask as many questions as possible. You'll actually get answers, and won't be disappointed. **What problems is Foureyes solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lead generation has been a continued issue at our dealership. Foureyes is helping us see more repeat website traffic, and is perfect for catching our customer's at each step of the sales funnel. Also, the Foureyes tool is a gigantic help to our sales teams. Our salespeople have seen the additional benefit in extra leads alone. The sales managers are able to view the customers' vehicles of interest, and better determine the best way to serve our customer base. ### 16.
