## FortiSASE Reviews
  ### 1. Lots of headaches but lots of potential

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joevanne V. | Principal Security Architect and Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about FortiSASE?**

This product appears to offer significant potential, with a wide range of features and a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to use and implement. However, it still has a considerable way to go, as there are many areas that require improvement. Additionally, integration with other tools is currently lacking.

**What do you dislike about FortiSASE?**

The product has several issues that still need to be addressed. Customer support also leaves room for improvement. Throughout the implementation process, we encountered numerous problems, and working with support has been challenging. The product feels like a new solution that isn't fully developed yet, although it does function to some extent.

**What problems is FortiSASE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FortiSASE is addressing some of our DLP requirements and also provides URL filtering. This has been beneficial for us, as it now allows us to monitor the web traffic of our remote users, even when they are off-premises. For years, our organization did not have this level of visibility.
