What do you like best about FortiEDR?

FortiEDR helped us block ransomware and helped prevent security attacks from third party applications or malware. It helped us primarily detect and automate the incident response mechanism for our system and company in general. What do you dislike about FortiEDR?

The biggest drawback is the cost benefit analysis does not work out for smaller organizations as they can't really spend so much amount of money and take control of the overall situation. What do you like best about FortiEDR?

It is lightest and simplest EDR solution I have came across, very easy to implement, easy to manage, easy to integrate. Great dashboard, reporting and remidiation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FortiEDR?

Best thing i like about Forti EDR is it's ability of playbooks. Playbooks are used for automated reponse to certain activities. You can create your own playbooks for your own responses as desired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FortiEDR?

There are too many components associated with Forti EDR. There is Core, Manager and Threat Hunting Repository. In addition to that there are collectors installed on endpoints. So if a bug is detected you have to upgrade all the versions and then make everything compatible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using this to run on endpoints in our company. It can automatically isolate an endpoint that's running a malicious application. What do you like best about FortiEDR?

FortiEDR is a reliable, secure solution with precious features, as it provides advanced, real-time protection.

Its protection acts before and after an infection, but always in real time, which is why it achieves the mitigation and detection of malware attacks, ramsonware through an efficient and fast response, but if the attack has already entered, it will act to repair the damage. so that the data that is handled is always kept safe and stable and in turn so that business availability is not affected.

It blocks outgoing communications to endpoints so that data exfiltration, ramsonware encryption or file manipulation does not occur, so it is not only software that is responsible for mitigating but also detects, prevents, deactivates and repair already infected devices.

While remediating the damage, it keeps the system running, which does not have a high business impact.

Its most valuable feature is that it has a simple implementation and configuration, so this is a way to save money and time, since it is not necessary to go to a technician or professional to carry out this process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
