What do you like best about Formstack Documents?

Love how easy it is to setup and use. We integrate it with Kintone, which allows us to create documents that are sent directly to our customers to sign through AdobeSign. The whole process works seamlessly and we have never had any issues at all. Very happy overall with how it works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formstack Documents?

Nothing comes to mind, at least not for us. We have never had any issues setting documents up and everything has worked well for us right from day 1. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Formstack Documents solving and how is that benefiting you?

Needed an effective way to create and send documents out to customers for signatures, including Purchase Orders, Lease Documents, Delivery Confirmations and more. And by integrating with our databases and pushes data to Formstack, we can do that quickly. Once setup, it has never had a problem or not delivered our docs. unrelated to this product specificaly, but sister product of FormStack Sign currently only works and support US letter document only. that means any customers outside US like us, will not be able to bundle the experience of automation from formstack document to formstack sign.
