Forecast is a professional tool used for managements like issue management, product management, resource management, and this application also helps in product road mapping. A product roadmap helps to manage and align stakeholder’s expectations, and clearly defines areas of focus for short term and long term management. This application has one of the most important features that is Status tracking which I use for tracking the progress of a product or service. FORECAST app is web-based, windows, android, iPhone, Ipad, and Mac. The language which supports this application is only English. Unfortunately, it does not have a private view for the user, in case they want to track projects that the user does not want management, project managers, or other company employees to see. Forecast is a great software for agencies, architecture studios and software companies because of its ease to create spreadsheets and make projects I count some very positive points such as its platform which provides an intuitive interface to manage resources, projects and finance the truth that helps reduce by half all that manual work that takes a lot of time thus generated more productivity, has agile methodologies, budget management and Gantt charts among other tools that are extremely useful when managing projects to conclude Forecast also allows you to easily extract data to make future decisions on project estimates and thus can see their strengths and weaknesses. During my experience using the Forecast software I must say that it has some negative points such as the interface which despite being intuitive which is a positive point is very difficult to configure, the learning curve for Forecast I find it a little high especially when you are integrating new staff, the notes for projects are very difficult to see and this is sometimes very useful to remember important things to finish your mobile application leaves much to be desired I would like to change the interface and improve the synchronization to integrate with other elements. Recommendations to others considering Forecast: I believe that the greatest strength that Forecast has and why I would recommend it is for its ability to track resources or throughout the project the truth is that it is quite useful because it allows better management of projects that are at the door as well as allows us the amount of staff needed for each project, I recommend it for architectural firms, agencies, consultancies and software companies as I believe that their role is closely related to this type of company. The behavior that has had forecast lately has presented failures and delays in the execution of its program, where this error has prevented that the system of this software realizes its controls and regulations in the different areas, preventing that the users could have an operative guarantee, where there is not a feasible control of the actions of the company, motive for which the programming of this system must be revised to allow the entry of favorable results for the organization. Their work chronology is usually interrupted when there is no good Internet connection, meaning that the synchrony of tasks gets out of control, opening up the possibility of errors in the execution of the company's projects, where inconveniences can occur that cause a wrong distribution of work and a wrong order of the time in which these projects must be carried out and their delivery at different times would summarize an extensive list of failures that must be reviewed to free the company from delays.
