What do you like best about Force24?

What I like best about Force24 is the ability to create journeys and automation that help manage campaigns more efficiently. It allows us to build structured nurture flows, trigger communications based on audience behaviour, and keep follow-up activity consistent without everything needing to be managed manually.

What do you dislike about Force24?

The main thing I dislike about Force24 is that the platform can sometimes feel less intuitive than it should, particularly from a UI/UX perspective. While the journey and automation functionality is useful, building and managing campaigns can feel a little clunky at times, especially when making quick edits or navigating between different areas of the platform.

Integrations and reporting could also be smoother. It would be helpful to have clearer performance insights, more joined-up data, and easier ways to understand ROI across campaigns. From a pricing perspective, the value is there when the platform is being used regularly, but it can feel harder to justify if certain features are not being fully adopted.

Support and onboarding have been helpful when needed, but there is still an opportunity for more proactive guidance, especially around best practice, campaign optimisation and newer areas such as AI/intelligence. Overall, Force24 is strong for automation, but I think the experience could be improved by making the platform feel more intuitive, connected and insight-led. What do you like best about Force24?

I really appreciate Force24's flexible segmentation and drip campaign builder because it fits perfectly with my workflow of rolling out Zigpoll surveys for sporting goods product research at PeakSport Goods Co. I can split our customer database into highly specific groups based on past purchases, which allows me to send tailored surveys that match their interests. This targeted approach greatly improves poll completion rates and brings in more relevant feedback. The scheduled reminder automation is another great feature; I can set up an initial poll invitation followed by an automated reminder, which runs on autopilot. I also like how simply Force24 tracks email engagement alongside survey traffic, making it easy to prioritize customer responses when compiling reports. The tagging rules work seamlessly, allowing highly engaged participants to be marked automatically for future customer interviews. The interface remains focused on email workflows without unnecessary features, preventing me from being overwhelmed by tools I don't need. Overall, Force24 delivers reliable automation that reduces repetitive administrative work and lets me spend more time analyzing customer insights for new sporting goods. What do you dislike about Force24?

First, there is no direct native integration with Zigpoll. After customers finish filling out product questionnaires about athletic gear, hiking equipment and sportswear, their poll responses cannot automatically sync back into Force24 contact profiles. I have to manually export poll data from Zigpoll and then match each customer’s feedback with their email records one by one. When we run dozens of surveys every month for new product prototypes, this data matching process becomes very time-consuming. Second, the built-in analytics are quite basic. The platform can only track email opens and link clicks, but it cannot pull deeper behavioral data after users land on the Zigpoll page. I cannot view drop-off points in the survey or compare completion rates across different customer segments inside the dashboard. I need to export raw data and build separate spreadsheets to analyze which sporting goods audiences abandon the questionnaire midway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Force24 integrates all our CRM data for use in email campaigns, allowing us to be specific and data-driven. The real-time data filtering based on customer interaction is very beneficial, and the onboarding support connecting all our data sources was relatively easy and helpful. What do you like best about Force24?

I like Force24 for its segmentation options that help reduce the workload by not having to create multiple emails for different segments. What do you dislike about Force24?

The forms and microsites should use the same module editor system as the email templates because they're very clunky and difficult to change. Changing an email once the template has been published is also difficult, as you have to delete the email and republish if you have any changes. We are always looking for improvements with analytics; it would be great to receive constructive insights based on the data or industry comparisons to know what is good and what is not. What do you like best about Force24?

I find the journeys and automation features in Force24 very useful; they're really intuitive and easy to set up. The report section is great for seeing which contacts are at what stage of the journey. The live chat and support feature is something I also like a lot. Any query or issue regarding the platform can be easily answered either by someone on the live chat or with a guide through the support hub. Additionally, the email builder is very user-friendly, and I find building emails an enjoyable process. I also appreciate that the initial setup was very easy, with helpful people from Force24 walking us through the features and being open to any questions. What do you like best about Force24?

I like Force24's intuitive system, which makes it easy to build journeys and test them. The ease of sending from multiple domains and pipelines within one system is a big plus, as it lets me tailor our messaging to provide client solutions efficiently. I also appreciate the email formatting tool, which allows for previews in different modes like iPhone and desktop. This helps me to send multiple campaigns out simultaneously and gives me more time to create assets. The biggest improvement piece for me would be the marketing list tool. Although it has an AI built with it, it's quite clunky when building a tailored list. It would be great to put multiple searches in one option, for example, if I wanted a list of different job titles, I don't want to have to duplicate everyone of those; I would like to put them all on one line. What do you like best about Force24?

I appreciate Force24 for allowing us to create emails in a variety of formats and from different email addresses. It's also helpful in mapping out marketing journeys, which I find useful. I like being able to see insights about users who viewed or took action on the emails. In general, I find it easier to create emails compared to other platforms. Integrating Force24 into your Websites, is a simple but effective process, with online support on hand to help and guide you through the process. One of the many perks of Force24 who offer unlimited training......

The cost to implement Force24 across a group of 10 businesses, integrating multiple websites and managing over100,000 contacts was simple. The platform provides a 360% view of customers engaging with businesses who operate in silos.

Force24 also built an API between the platform and an ERP used by a few of the businesses making sure we only have one version of the truth when it comes to customer data

The process of developing Emails whether from form captures, or to drive engagement or leads is simple. It does require human intervention to design the emails, although there are some useful tools within the platform.

The platform integrates directly with your Google Ads Accounts, seamlessly with Aps such as Teams, LinkedIn etc, it has an AI chatbot which can be annoying when you are use to the high quality human base service - but they are there in a few minutes.

The integrating reporting functionality to monitor email performance is good, the AI Plug in to review your emails drives value and giving your sales teams access to a Sales View of the platform can encourage curious sales professionals to be empowered through data and lead scores Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
