What is most helpful about the Force Fleet Tracking System is the ease of plugging in the device and watching the unit become live on the web. The set up was quick and user-friendly as I was able to navigate the pages without confusion or difficulty. When I ran into an issue with setting up a unit, I contacted my account manager and the response was immediate. He went as far as to offer a discount on units that did not connect properly. Being able to review the GPS units on my phone allows me to know the status of our fleet in real-time. I frequently review the mileage accumulated, the length of time spent on a job site, and which vehicles require maintenance. The frequency of use is daily and the ease of integration into our daily operations makes it worthwhile. Most importantly, the monthly cost is much lower than other subscription-based services. The downside I found is not with the product or service but with the drivers hitting the GPS unit because of the location of the OBD ports. However, my account manager gave me a suggestion to avoid the units being knocked off and it worked! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We originally used Verizon Connect to track our vehicles but it was way too expensive for our small company. Force Fleet is much more affordable and does the same thing. Force Fleet Tracking is a valuable tool to track employees' arrival and leave times to and from job sites. The system is very easy to read, and we appreciate the system providing mile information from job to job with detailed address information. We can easily monitor how long an employee is at a specific job. Having this tool makes it very easy to reimburse employees for miles and also helps with payroll start and end times.
