Very good integration between the individual modules with a very good export function. Very good performance in connection with speed in displaying and updating changes and graphical views. The investment in the software was worthwhile despite high acquisition costs, due to the extensive application possibilities. After good coordination and preparation, the installation and setup were successful. Due to the complexity of the FNT Command platform, one receives extensive tabular and graphical overviews for the complete documentation. **What do you dislike about FNT Command Platform?** An overall overview of all changing performance features, improvements in updates/upgrades to a current software version would be desirable. More uniform creations of the component libraries, which better correspond to reality, would be recommended from a user's perspective. **What problems is FNT Command Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** The FNT Commd platform provides a unified overview of the documented infrastructure with all inventory options. ### 2. This end-to-end documentation makes it much easier to locate and resolve issues within our infrastructure quickly and efficiently. An unexpected benefit is that this level of transparency has significantly reduced our troubleshooting times and improved overall service reliability. **What do you dislike about FNT Command Platform?** One area I find challenging in FNT Command Platform is the Tray Management. The current way of documenting duct bundles does not accurately reflect reality and could be significantly improved. Additionally, the reporting and analytics features could be more user-friendly and offer better options for customized evaluations. **What problems is FNT Command Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** FNT Command Platform has long been established as our central tool for documenting our network infrastructure. Having all relevant information in one place makes it much easier to manage and maintain our infrastructure. As a result, we are able to resolve issues faster and ensure greater reliability across our network. ### 3.
