Occasionally, the content update process can be slower than I’d like, and some integrations with our CRM and financial planning software aren’t as seamless as I hope. I think the most beneficial improvements would be more flexible template editing without needing coding skills, stronger native integrations with popular CRMs in the financial industry, and a more modern analytics dashboard that lets us track real business outcomes—not just opens and clicks.
