Initially, I had positive outcomes, but now there's no response. Why is there a lack of response to my support inquiries? My service has been non-functional for a week. Persistent issues are frequent. I've been a customer for several years and have provided numerous opportunities for account resolution. The service quality is unsatisfactory! There has been no response for weeks. This situation is unacceptable. It's unreasonable to bill me for a lifetime subscription and then disregard my communications.
