Customer support is the best of flowvella. I have never seen any lag or delay in using the application, it is the best application for creating presenations which is available for free. It is also integrated with dropbox, twitter, meta. **What do you dislike about Flowvella?** It currently is limited to ios only which I don't like personally. Window application should also be launched. I can't even think of any points to mention as a dislike for this application. **What problems is Flowvella solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps in increasing business sales exponentially. I am a small scale business owner and it helps in creating good content with ease and integration with meta is just like cherry on the cake. It is available for free which is great for small business owners like me. ### 2. It gives the feature to edit images and write text on images. It also provides the analytic quality to track how long people stay on display. **What do you dislike about Flowvella?** It is only available for ios and macOS, not Android and windows. **What problems is Flowvella solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps my project team and me make the presentation with its collaboration feature, which saves our time. It's a smooth and easy-to-use product. **Recommendations to others considering Flowvella:** It is a beneficial product for creating multimedia presentations. It is nice to put the difference formats of information under separate headings. Works great with iPads hooked up to larger monitors. Would really appreciate a template that I could plug information into to get me started. **What do you dislike about Flowvella?** I wish it were a little more intuitive than it is. I had hoped to use it a lot in 2020 but haven't been able to pivot it over to virtual as seamlessly as I'd like. It seems that I had to edit things on the iPad instead of on my laptop which would have been preferred. Customer service is a little tricky, seems they are a small operation with mostly a west coast time frame. **What problems is Flowvella solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted people to be able to walk up to a kiosk and start using the information without help. I was nice to have several pieces of information available for people to see videos, pdfs and powerpoints all on the same device. It was set up very much like a professional kiosk at a large museum or company event when used in our small tradeshow booth. We really liked having the flexibility of jumping from page to page with out a person constantly having to show people how it works. ### 8. Even I can just drag an image from the web to work with. ### 9. Our goal was to show off literature and other information about products and it did that beautifully. Their customer service is also incredible! **What do you dislike about Flowvella?** We needed WiFi to access the presentations which in any other situation (other than a trade show) was a piece of cake we got it all worked out though! **What problems is Flowvella solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed an iPad based system that could present our software. It did so very professionally! We were able to set timers for when users walked away and the windows that came up made playing videos and viewing image assets really easy! ### 10.
