The solution has a great level of automation and I only work on alerts and exceptions now : I stopped doing my planning. The predictions are accurate, and I can focus on more than planning, that used to be a time-consuming task.
Plus, we used to work on spreadsheets before Flowlity, which was risky. At some point, the person in charge of the planning Excel file left, and the whole team was negatively impacted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
