**What do you like best about Flonomics?**

Flonomics is at its best when it comes to offering traffic analysis of the visitor to our website. However, the real-time live visitor heatmaps and session recordings are more useful to get insights on users’ activity in real time.

**What do you dislike about Flonomics?**

There appear to be some issues with the Flonomics system as far as assessing historical data is concerned. In this case, quantitative data are helpful to compare the results of the website optimization to historical data.

**What problems is Flonomics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The method of Flonomics as a tool which has helped in enhancing the user experience on our website. The information I receive in real-time enables me to correct flaws in usability within the shortest time possible.
