Flodoc Reviews & Product Details

Flodoc is AI-powered proposal software purpose-built for AEC firms responding to RFPs, RFQs, SOQs, and SF330s. Upload a solicitation and Flodoc reviews it - extracting every requirement, scoring criterion, and deadline - then matches the right people and past projects to each requirement with a relevance score and a plain-English reason. Grounded AI drafts from your firm's approved content (with source attribution, not invented answers), and requirement-by-requirement compliance tracking makes sure nothing that costs points is missed. Unlike tools that stop at a draft, Flodoc includes a built-in design editor: lay out covers, resumes, and project pages, import your existing PDFs and templates, and export a print-ready, branded PDF - all in one place. Flodoc also covers the front of the funnel with opportunity and pipeline tracking, Go/No-Go evaluation, and win/loss analytics. Best for AEC firms that want to go from RFP to a finished, compliant proposal in a single tool, without adopting a separate digital asset manager, ERP, or desktop publishing software.
