**What do you like best about FlixiCam StreamOne?**

FlixiCam StreamOne supports downloading videos from multiple streaming platforms (e.g. Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, etc.) with HD quality kept, supports MP4 and MKV formats, and retains audio tracks and subtitles, which is quite useful. The downloaded videos can be saved permanently and will not be invalidated due to platform downgrade or account changes. The interface is simple and supports batch downloading and automatic naming, which saves a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about FlixiCam StreamOne?**

The process of using it so far has been pretty smooth overall. If I had to nitpick one thing, it would be that when you change devices (such as switching to a new computer) you need to log in to your account again, and you can't just carry over your previous login status. However, this issue can be resolved quickly after contacting their customer service.

**What problems is FlixiCam StreamOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FlixiCam StreamOne solves my problem of not being able to watch streaming videos without internet, especially services like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+. With this tool, I can download my favorite movies and TV shows locally and save them permanently, and still watch them whenever I want, even if the platform goes offline or my subscription expires.
