I was able to link both Insta and FaceBook pretty eaisly. I love the fact that it can create a schedule, add relevant content and auto post. Iris, the AI assistant, seems to be very helpful. I did have contact to support for a billing request (I jumped too soon on to the platform) and they were able to go above and beyond to make it better than right! **What do you dislike about Flick?** In order to link Insta you need to have it linked to FaceBook, this caused a minor issue in getting things setup. **What problems is Flick solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am not very good at writing posts -- AI solves this for me. I have also connected a couple team members to my Flick account, and we can share posts between us - which is helpful in keeping our branding and our messaging streamlined in a variety of networks and connections. I think the layout is easy and visually appealing, which is helpful when content messaging on a variety of platforms can be tedious and overwhelming at times. With the structure of Flick, there is no problem sending out multiple posts across a multiple platforms with the right criterion for each platform already in the design. **What do you dislike about Flick?** With a few team members on my account, I wish that I could upload media to be accessible to anyone on the account, rather than having to upload media in each person's account separately. I have been able to generate posts for over 3 months ahead so I do not need to worry that my content is not relevent. It is easy to identify appropriate hashtags and receieving the reports via email you can clearly see what is working and what needs to be adapted for the future. I use Flick with Canva to generate images with ease. **What do you dislike about Flick?** It would be great to see bigger images that are created by AI straight away; the images are very small at the moment to see clearly. Identifying what else extra is included in the higher packages would be helpful; at the moment the website just says access to all features but doesn't specify what these are and how they are different to the Solo subscription. **What problems is Flick solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allowing me to schedule posts well in advance; I find it easier to use ChatGPT to create the specific content I require though most of the time and just copy and paste it into Flick. ### 10. At the moment I find the captions to sound a bit too sales-y no matter what tone I choose but I love that the team is over various constantly innovating and improving the tools. Customer support is great. **What do you dislike about Flick?** 1. Mobile tools are not as robust or easy to use as the desktop version. That's an issue. 2.At present many of the tools are primarily for a business account to share products and company info with customers vs a content creator or influencer to sell in a more passive way to a community of followers by simply sharing valuable information that drives sales and traffic less directly. I cannot use any of the scheduling tools because a business account vs a creator account which then removes features for me on IG. 3. Additionally, auto posting of any content removes the ability to add trending audio so does not end up being unusable to me at all. I mostly just use the AI tools ( in conjunction with my own chat gpt account) to come up with content ideas. The hashtag tools are great but since IG is more searchable by keywords now, it would be helpful to generate captions with account-specific keywords to help be discovered by the target audience and have flick suggest hashtags based on the target audience **What problems is Flick solving and how is that benefiting you?** Content organization and best times to post ### 12. The first is the ability to research hashtags and see their analytics right in the create a post window so I don't have to do those two tasks separately. I can schedule my content in advance, and if I’m struggling for content ideas, Flick's AI suggests some excellent topics to post, and even generates the images. Social media is extremely important to help my business grow an organic and engaged audience, as I don't have access to loads of funds for advertising costs. **What do you dislike about Flick?** Honestly, I’m actually struggling to think of anything. Posts versus captions distinction is necessary. The photos I use are always high quality PNGs and when I upload through flick they post with no compression. Then I would go in and reschedule that failed post and it would fail again.
