"Comprehensive Cloud Cost Management with Flexera One"
5/5
What do you like best about Flexera One?

I appreciate Flexera One for its robust features that allow us to drill down on costs effectively, making cloud costs transparent which enables us to extend accountability to all our cloud teams. The exports are incredibly helpful, providing cloud cost and usage details across 10 dimensions. I particularly like how you can use the dashboard to pinpoint issues quickly, like when we identified inflated costs with Microsoft today with a color-coded view in the dashboard. The transition from CloudHealth to Flexera One was seamless, and once certain features were enabled, everything worked like a charm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flexera One?

Well, the Azure shared cost, unfortunately, due to the volume at our company, does not provide daily granularity, and has only a limited number of dimensions capable of being enabled. Consequently we have no view of RI/SP savings for Azure Shared Costs because Purchase Option is not one of the dimensions capable of being enabled. So, ideally, we'd want to have more dimensions enabled in shared cost and daily granularity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Easy Cloud Cost Reporting Across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud"
5/5
What do you like best about Flexera One?

Flexera's cloud cost optimization tool is heavily used for our monthly and quarterly billing reports. We use AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud and tracking internal projects vs customer based projects is very important to our team. Flexera's ever expanding tabular view and cost explorer tools are very quick and easy to breakdown all the details we need to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flexera One?

There's is some transitioning over from the previous tool we used called Cloudcheckr. There hasn't been any surprises but like anything in life there are times when I'd prefer for certain cloud inventory features to be integrated sooner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy License Compliance Reporting with Strong Integrations and Responsive Flexera Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Flexera One?

Easy to operate and manage software licenses and compliance reporting, with strong reporting capabilities, especially for Oracle, IBM, and Microsoft. It provides various integration options to improve overall coverage. The tool is capable of handling large sets of inventory data and has an enhanced application library. The Flexera support desk is always responsive and helps resolve queries quickly. They also continue introducing new AI capabilities to onboard software purchases and more. What do you dislike about Flexera One?

I haven’t encountered any such instance so far, but I would definitely like to see improvements in application bundling. That would help us manage publisher compliance more effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Visibility and Powerful Automation in Flexera One"
5/5
What do you like best about Flexera One?

The best feature of Flexera One is the centralized visibility of software and cloud assets in a single platform. It facilitates license management, identifies cost optimization opportunities, and monitors compliance, allowing for more assertive decisions based on reliable data. Additionally, its automation capabilities reduce operational effort and increase the efficiency of Software Asset Management (SAM) processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flexera One?

Although Flexera One is a powerful platform, some features have a steep learning curve, especially for new users. Additionally, navigation and the generation of certain reports could be more intuitive, reducing the time needed to find specific information. In some scenarios, the configuration and maintenance of integrations may also require additional effort to ensure data quality and process efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies Software Asset Management and License Compliance"
5/5
What do you like best about Flexera One?

What stands out most about Flexera One is its single-pane-of-glass visibility across complex IT environments. Having software asset management (SAM) and cloud cost management combined into one platform makes tracking software compliance and managing license consumption so much easier. The automated inventory discovery and depth of normalized data really help take the guesswork out of audit preparation and cut down on waste across hybrid IT environments Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flexera One?

Flexera One is a powerful IT asset management tool, but it has a learning curve for new users. Some reports and dashboards can be confusing at first, and data synchronization with connected systems may occasionally take time. The interface could also be more intuitive, and troubleshooting inventory or licensing issues sometimes requires technical expertise. Overall, it's a good platform, but there is room for improvement in usability and performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Dashboards, Needs UI Improvement"
2/5
What do you like best about Flexera One?

I appreciate working with the helpful team at Flexera One, as the account team is responsive when I have questions. The product allows for customization in dashboard layouts and offers a variety of widget options, which is helpful. The multicloud dashboards are nice and bring all of the client's cloud spend into one dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flexera One?

I find the platform too reliant on policies because important features don't exist in the UI yet. Custom reporting often requires creating custom policies, and many policies like wasted infrastructure and anomaly alerts are handled through policies too. Reports are limited to a set number of dimensions, so querying additional columns from cloud provider billing exports is not possible. Resource reporting is restricted to a 30-day window, making it tough to look at resource level data, and savings reporting isn't tied to resource ID data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies IT Asset Management with Strong Integrations and Compliance Automation"
3/5
What do you like best about Flexera One?

Flexera One simplifies IT asset management by consolidating data from multiple sources into a single platform, giving teams clear visibility across on-premises, SaaS, and cloud environments. Its data normalization capabilities reduce manual effort, allowing administrators to focus on managing assets rather than manipulating spreadsheets.

The platform strengthens software compliance through automated license reconciliation and entitlement tracking, particularly for complex vendors such as Microsoft and Oracle, while also identifying opportunities to reduce software and cloud costs. Strong integrations with tools like ServiceNow, SCCM, Azure, and AWS further improve operational efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flexera One?

While Flexera One offers extensive functionality, its complexity can make administration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance challenging. Especially advanced reporting and customization can require significant effort.

Performance can sometimes be impacted when working with large datasets, and troubleshooting data imports or integrations is not always straightforward because error messages may lack sufficient detail.

Integrating with legacy or custom systems can also demand additional resources and expertise, potentially extending deployment timelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The out of the box reports are of great help when data needs to be provided on short notice. End of life products can be tracked easily helping in getting a better control of obsolete applications. The latest introduced AI capabilities are a game changer and makes the overall experience very interactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

AI capability is good for the start but there can be some more enhancements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexera One Delivers Clear License & Cloud Cost Insights for Smarter Spending"
5/5
What do you like best about Flexera One?

The best thing about Flexera One is how effectively it handles complex software license management and cloud cost optimization. Having clear, reliable data on where our IT budget is actually going makes it easier to optimize spending and stay audit-ready, with far less manual effort than before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flexera One?

Customizing dashboards and generating heavy, complex reports can sometimes feel slow or a bit clunky. The pricing structure also leans toward the higher side, so it’s a significant investment and often requires dedicated resources to get the full value out of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
