# Using Flexera One to save device info: how do you handle times when it is not working?

Flexera One feels easy to use and has a lot of options, and it helps me save all the devices info at my work. The main issue is when it is not working sometimes. For those using it for IT asset management, what do you do when it is not working, and how do you keep device info organized during those times?
