Flex Rewards Reviews & Product Details

Flex Rewards is a digital loyalty platform that replaces paper punch cards with QR code-based stamp cards accessible on mobile devices. Customers scan a QR code to collect stamps without downloading an app, and the stamp card opens in a web browser. Signing in requires one tap with Google or Apple, and setup is completed in thirty minutes via a browser interface. Businesses can customize stamp card settings, such as the number of stamps needed for rewards and the reward itself. Stamps are recorded instantly when customers scan QR codes, with single-use codes and customizable scan intervals preventing duplicates. A kiosk mode displays the QR code on a tablet for self-service scanning. Flex Rewards includes automated marketing tools like push notifications, email campaigns, birthday rewards, and referral rewards. It supports multiple stamp cards and locations, with staff using a companion app for management. All features are included in single-tier pricing with a thirty-day free trial.
