FleetTrack Reviews & Product Details

FleetTrack is fleet management software that centralizes equipment and vehicle tracking. It monitors working hours, maintenance schedules, equipment failures, fuel consumption, and costs, replacing spreadsheets with an integrated system. The software follows a three-step workflow: equipment details are entered, field operators record real-time data via mobile devices, and automated reports provide cost and efficiency insights. Key features include tracking working hours by equipment and project, managing maintenance schedules with reminders, documenting failures with photos and priorities, monitoring fuel consumption, and categorizing expenses. Documents like registrations are stored with expiration alerts. FleetTrack is cloud-based, requiring no local installation. Field personnel can input data remotely, and the platform supports scalable configurations for various fleet sizes with data export functionality.
