Fleetive Reviews & Product Details

Fleetive helps trucking companies manage DOT compliance, driver qualification files, hiring, fleet operations, maintenance, driver settlements, and FMCSA requirements from one platform. Full Description: - Running a trucking company means you're the dispatcher, the safety manager and the payroll department, often on the same afternoon. Fleetive takes the back-office work off your plate so you can focus on moving freight. - Stay audit-ready without the binder. Fleetive tracks every driver qualification file under 49 CFR Part 391, including CDLs, medical cards, MVRs and annual reviews, along with your truck registrations and inspections. You get alerts before anything expires, not after an auditor finds it. - Know your safety picture. See your carrier's FMCSA safety data and BASICs in one place, alongside the driver and vehicle records your team needs to follow up. - Hire and onboard drivers from their phones. Send an invitation so drivers can complete FMCSA-compliant employment applications, sign electronically, and upload documents from their phones. Track onboarding progress and keep submitted records connected to each driver’s qualification file. - Pay drivers accurately, every week. Set a pay profile once: per mile, percentage, flat or hourly. Fleetive calculates each load, applies deductions and produces clear settlement statements your drivers can see in their free mobile portal. Built for trucking companies at every stage—from owner-operators to growing fleets and established carriers. Flat monthly plans based on fleet size, with custom pricing for larger operations. Every plan includes every feature. No hardware to install. No setup fees. No long-term contracts. Bring your drivers, documents, fleet, and settlements together.
