**What do you like best about FIWARE?**

FIWARE helps the development of smart applications with a curated selection of software and platforms integrated and harmonized. There is a very active community of researchers around.

**What do you dislike about FIWARE?**

The learning curve is a bit high. Some software tools are not updated at their last version (e.g., MongoDB for Orion LD) but the development is still in progress and the support is always kind and quick.

**What problems is FIWARE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The approach to the Smart City / Smart Energy / etc. application from scratch can be tough. FIWARE offers a series of best practices and prepared environment ready to be installed.
