I have to interact with their customer service department several times a week and they are always so quick to respond with clear and easy to follow instructions. It makes my job much easier. **What do you dislike about Miovision Traffic Data?** There are a few minor issues with the newer program such as the inability to download certain file types or adding certain types of studies to a project. There are simple work arounds so certainly minor as I stated. **Recommendations to others considering Miovision Traffic Data:** Do it! It's a fantastic site and they will be there to answer any questions you may have and to provide assistance at every step along the way. **What problems is Miovision Traffic Data solving and how is that benefiting you?** We simply could not perform the level of processing we do without Miovision.
