In my years of experience with Fiverr, I have become entirely convinced that the platform is only geared to support buyers, and not sellers. this review speaks directly to my experience in the last six months during which time Fiverr has supposedly improved the way they treat their freelancers.

Let’s start with the fact that even when you’re a higher level or elected as a pro for example, there’s no personal contact and no way to really get any help. Every ticket you open will always be closed based on some kind of article or ridiculous explanation and nothing that really satisfies the problem you’re having.

There is absolutely no reasonable documentation to explain success factors, and yet you can be stuck at the same success score forever with the status that says it’s still being calculated. And when I say forever, I mean months and months.
