Before Mindbody bought Fitmetrix, we loved the user interface, the customer support, the ease of use, and the reliability. Since Mindbody made many backend changes to the software, its compatibility, the user interface, functionality, and "customer support (if you can call it that, which you can't), we are finally canceling and finding a new solution. I just waited on hold for 40 minutes to get a support agent, and then he put me on hold for 15 minutes while he read the book to learn about FitMetrix since they do not have a specialized support team designated to Fitmetrix.
