## About Firstview
Firstview is a B2B recruiting platform that helps employers, in-house talent teams and staffing firms accelerate hiring: the right candidate, at the right moment. It scores incoming CVs against role-specific criteria defined by the hiring team, runs real-time conversational AI interviews over voice and video with hundreds of candidates in parallel, and produces a structured assessment report for each candidate: an overall score, per-question grading, a criteria match showing which job-posting requirements were met and which remain unclear, the full interview transcript, and the recorded video. Every report exports to PDF. Recruiters work from a single candidate pipeline. CV scoring, AI interviews and human interview stages sit side by side on each candidate, so a hiring team can take someone from application to decision without leaving the platform. A browser extension brings LinkedIn profiles into the same pipeline. The interface is available in English and Turkish.
