The Best part to use about this tool is the features provided which help ease our work and the outcome of the work is excellent. The support team is well trained and they support quickly. Proper guidance is available from the support team which helps to understand it better. There are mostly positive points for this tool. Hence I can recommend to use it for the better results of your relevant work. **What do you dislike about FirstCut?** Most of the FirstCut applications are top-notch. Only a few changes can be suggested to the team to make it more effective. First I would like to suggest that to improve the UI of the application to make it more user-friendly. This will also help in fast-tracking our work. Second I would suggest bringing something related to AI visuals which will have an impact on the tool and the customers. **Recommendations to others considering FirstCut:** The first and foremost recommendation to others while considering the First Cut is you try to use it for some time and then you will be comfortable with its features for your use. If you quickly judge based on a few tries then you will not be able to continue with the tool hence I recommend using it for some time before your commit your comments on the tool. **What problems is FirstCut solving and how is that benefiting you?** First cut is one of the innovative tools which is available in the market and it has greatly enhanced our work outcome. The tool is constantly improving its features for better results. Even the support team is active and it helps in solving our problems quickly with proper guidance from the support team. I recommend using this for a better outcome of your relevant work ### 2. The customer testimonials were great as our sales/marketing teams use them to validate our product. The product video are used by CS to help users on-board. FirstCut filmed and then edited the videos. In addition they did our intro animation that we use for all our videos. **What do you like best about FirstCut?** The FirstCut team was professional, efficient and well priced. We are always nervous introducing our clients to a 3rd party team, especially when you are bringing them into your client's office. FirstCut was great. They showed up on time and were respectful of everyone's time and space. **What do you dislike about FirstCut?** Wish I could see the B-roll footage in advance before editing starts. It would be great to at least see a screen shot of the b-roll footage. Some people are not good on camera so the more b-roll the better. ### 3. We've tried a lot of similar companies and they've been the best so far. **Recommendations to others considering FirstCut:** They're very professional and creative, so discuss what you want and let them brainstorm a bit. **What problems is FirstCut solving and how is that benefiting you?** We run big conferences so we need a lot of video production help.
