What do you like best about FirstCut?

Most of the FirstCut applications are top-notch. The Best part to use about this tool is the features provided which help ease our work and the outcome of the work is excellent. The support team is well trained and they support quickly. Proper guidance is available from the support team which helps to understand it better.

What do you dislike about FirstCut?

Most of the FirstCut applications are top-notch. Only a few changes can be suggested to the team to make it more effective. First I would like to suggest that to improve the UI of the application to make it more user-friendly. This will also help in fast-tracking our work. Second I would suggest bringing something related to AI visuals which will have an impact on the tool and the customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering FirstCut:

The first and foremost recommendation to others while considering the First Cut is you try to use it for some time and then you will be comfortable with its features for your use. If you quickly judge based on a few tries then you will not be able to continue with the tool hence I recommend using it for some time before your commit your comments on the tool. "Best Video Production for SaaS"

Describe the project or task FirstCut helped with:

We used FirstCut to build out our customer testimonial videos and product videos. The customer testimonials were great as our sales/marketing teams use them to validate our product. The product video are used by CS to help users on-board. FirstCut filmed and then edited the videos. In addition they did our intro animation that we use for all our videos. What do you like best about FirstCut?

The FirstCut team was professional, efficient and well priced.

We are always nervous introducing our clients to a 3rd party team, especially when you are bringing them into your client's office. FirstCut was great. They showed up on time and were respectful of everyone's time and space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
