I love using FirmRoom Virtual Data Room for M&A deals and secure document sharing because it makes due diligence so much smoother. The platform addresses security concerns and keeps document chaos at bay, making deal rooms more organized and collaboration easier. I'm particularly fond of the security and ease of use features, like drag-and-drop uploads and permission controls which make access super simple. Drag-and-drop makes uploading documents super fast, and the permission controls let us manage access per user, which feels secure. Integrating FirmRoom with Microsoft Office and Dropbox makes document management seamless. We switched from ShareVault and found FirmRoom's UX better and pricing more flexible.
