Fireworks for Square Reviews & Product Details

Square cannot import a vendor invoice that arrives as a PDF or a photo — its imports take CSV and Excel only. So retailers re-type every delivery by hand, usually after closing. Fireworks for Square removes that step. Upload the invoice in whatever form the vendor sent it. Every line is extracted — names, quantities, costs, SKUs — and matched against the items you already sell in Square. You review what it found before anything moves; nothing reaches Square until you approve it. Approved items are created or updated in your catalog, and when the shipment arrives you record what actually came in, with landed cost, from any device. It will not be perfect on line one. Fireworks shows you every line it matched before anything moves, and you fix the ones it got wrong. Square stays your system of record. Fireworks reads your catalog and writes only what you approve; nothing you do in Square breaks it, and you can disconnect any time. - Reads PDFs, phone photos (JPG, PNG, HEIC), and CSVs - Matches every line against your existing Square catalog - Merchant approval required before any write to Square - Receiving against the invoice, including short, over, and damaged quantities - Landed cost: shipping and tariff allocation, cost history per item - Works with any Square plan, including the free one. No per-invoice charge, no line caps, no per-location fee - 14-day free trial, no card required
