Fire Passport Reviews & Product Details

Fire Passport is fire safety and building compliance software for UK managing agents and Responsible Persons, on the web and iPhone. It is free for managers: the app, the building record and the questionnaire are free permanently, and the log is free while the building's fire risk assessment is published through Fire Suite Pro. The Management Log: every recurring duty the building carries (fire, water, electrical, gas, lifts, structure, grounds and insurance) on its required cadence, with the evidence attached. Delegated checks: assign a check to a caretaker, contractor or member of staff by email; they log the completion, with a certificate where there is one. Duty communications: the information the Fire Safety Order requires you to give residents and other Responsible Persons, issued with a record of who received and confirmed it. The building record: held once, kept current and reused by every assessment the building has. Contractors and tenders: a Contractor Library, sealed tender returns released simultaneously, line-by-line return checking and section 20 consultation notices. Instruct the fire risk assessment from the record: it reaches the assessor in Fire Suite Pro, and the finished assessment files itself back into the building's documents the day it is published.
