## About Finivo Sentinel
Finivo is an independent software studio based in Athens, Greece, focused on project intelligence tools for project managers and PMO teams. Sentinel is Finivo's flagship product, built by a Delivery Manager who spent years tracking budgets in spreadsheets and wrestling with tools that were either too simple or too expensive. Finivo Sentinel is an Earned Value Management tool that calculates CPI, SPI, EAC, ETC, VAC, and Cost Variance automatically across every task in your project. A colour-coded Project Health Index flags projects as On Track, Nominal, At Risk, or Critical. At the portfolio level, Sentinel aggregates performance across all projects into a single dashboard. Pro features include snapshot history and comparison, CPI threshold alerts, change history, project sharing, and stakeholder-ready Status and Complete reports exportable to PDF and Excel. Data can be imported from Tenrox XLSX reports, CSV timesheets, and generic spreadsheets. Sentinel is designed for Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and PMO leads who have outgrown spreadsheets but do not need the complexity or cost of enterprise platforms like Primavera P6, Deltek Costpoint, or Deltek Cobra. It is available free with up to two projects, with unlimited projects and the full feature set on the Pro plan at €12.99 per month or €99 per year.
