Adam was an amazing recruiter for me in my job hunt. I thought that his hourly rate for companies would mean that he would be eager to hang up with a candidate but that was not the case. He spent as much time with me as I needed giving me advice and updates throughout the interview process. A genuinely great guy and definitely does not fit the mold of a typical recruiter. The recruitment staff, namely Vincent, was extremely helpful and efficient. I've only had one experience with them so far but would absolutely work with them again in the future and glady refer any other candidates I know to them as well. I've worked with recruiting firms before where it's clear they take a shotgun approach and reach out to anyone who may be remotely qualified for a role — regardless of if they actually qualify or not — which ends up being nothing but spam for candidates and a waste of time for the recruiters themselves. My experience with Vincent at Fingerhut was the exact opposite and a breath of fresh air. Adam is very hard-working and diligent in his search. Some of our engagements with him were his first experience in recruiting for that type of role. He quickly learned about the role and types of skills/background we were looking for while being quick to refine the search accordingly. Additionally, his recruiting fees structure was significantly better than other recruiting firms we have worked with before.
