Super user friendly, was able to spin up an assessment using their library or custom questions very quickly, and easily get it posted or sent out directly. The security features were also great - detected other open tabs, copy/pasting, location via IP address, if multiple people were looking at the assessment, etc. the support was also great, they have a love chat feature and I can't tell you how many times Oliver helped me interpret results or craft an appropriate assessment. As with any product to help in screening hires, some work required to figure out what assessments you need for what type of role, and so on. Nothing else major jumps to mind, but every software product can be better with improved UI and so on...will have to see how the product develops over time, but for now it's working well.
