What do you like best about FileCap?

I use FileCap for sharing large files via email without size limits, which helps me overcome email size restrictions when sending large and sensitive data. I like that it's secure and can handle files up to 5TB without splitting. It provides end-to-end encryption, two-factor authentication, and virus scanning, which gives me peace of mind. Additionally, I found the setup process easy and pretty straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FileCap?

I think the scalability features could be improved. Specifically, I would like to see API expansion with deeper integration with cloud storage and also dynamic auto scaling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure File Sharing with Room for Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about FileCap?

I use FileCap to securely send and receive large files up to 5TB, which replaces risky methods like FTP. I like the one-click encryption and upload directly from Outlook without needing to change any workflow. FileCap encrypts the email body, subjects, and attachments, which is central to how it works. Also, the initial setup is fairly easy for individual users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FileCap?

I think the new Outlook incompatibility needs improvement, and there's limited reporting/analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful encryption protection, efficient and secure file transfer tool"
5/5
What do you like best about FileCap?

I like FileCap's end-to-end encryption technology, which ensures that sensitive files and emails are protected during transmission, preventing unauthorized access. This is very important for businesses and individuals dealing with confidential information, effectively avoiding the risk of data breaches. It gives me peace of mind when transmitting confidential files, whether they are business secret documents or personal privacy files, as they are all encrypted. FileCap simplifies the file transfer process, and its user-friendly interface and integration with Outlook make uploading, downloading, and managing files easy and convenient, speeding up work efficiency. FileCap's powerful file search function also allows me to quickly locate the files I need, especially when there are many files, saving a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FileCap?

Upload and download speed: When transferring large files, especially in less than ideal network conditions, upload and download speeds are slow. Reduced work efficiency: Employees need to spend a lot of time waiting for file transfers, which prevents them from promptly starting subsequent tasks, leading to wasted time and increased work costs.
