**What do you like best about FileAudit?**

It is very useful one, you can get relevant audit information in proper structured way.It presentation helped a lot. There is no doubt of accuracy as well which is most important aspects. Also service is very good.

**What do you dislike about FileAudit?**

To be honest nothing to highly specify here, but if any one want to know may be it's user friendliness can be little bit improved for new users, but if user once get accustomed with the platform there should not be any issue.

**What problems is FileAudit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us to reduce irregular acces details also in getting alart for suspiciously activity. We faced multiple challenges to get access details in file servers that we overcomed through the details of real time access attempts.

**What do you like best about FileAudit?**

It's easy to set up and real-time monitoring of the access management across the devices and users is a good and effective way of managing access across multiple environments.

**What do you dislike about FileAudit?**

Not exactly a dislike factor but, its ability to integrate and connect with different ITSM solutions or Reporting solutions should improve for a seamless experience. For example PowerBI integration for having real-time dashboards on common reporting systems.

**What problems is FileAudit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access Management, Treat prevention, Denial management, Attempts, and intrusion alerts. and more. Enable Cloud Data Monitoring adds even more value for the overall solution.

**What do you like best about FileAudit?**

Monitor or audit file movements at ease, see where files are being moved, who is moving them, and what computer is being used. , you can also set up a script whenever there is an alert to prevent unwanted file transfer or system slowness

**What do you dislike about FileAudit?**

None that I can think of, as everything regarding this software is spot on.

**What problems is FileAudit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

File query request by the security team and file recovery request if needed to see who last modified the file and if it can be recovered, the query runs at breeze and results are instant.

The user interface is very intuitive and friendly. It makes it easy for new users to navigate across the tool.

So far I have not see any issue with the tool.

The ease of monitoring and auditing the files, its usage and track the sensitivit folders. Setting up an auto alert is the best part of this tool. No other similar tool available in the market.

The speed can be improved then it's helpful.

The only thing we could think of where FileAudit would fall short would be the cybersecurity side: AntiVirus,  and DataLeakPrevention.

Manual checking of audit logs to check file access in addition to countless hours wasted on permissions configuring.

GUI based solution, however a little bulky not straight forward setup.

a little Admin work and not easy to understand

It was easy to set up, it does a fine job and the price was right.

**What do you dislike about FileAudit?**

I cannot say that I've disliked anything.

Sometimes it happens that a user accidentally delete some files/folders, but he can't remember which ones. With this tool, we can easily define what has to be restored from backup/shadow copy.

Relative ease of use. Report exports to xlsx was found to be very useful.

**What do you dislike about FileAudit?**

the 2GB limit in sql express required regular maintenance and monitoring of the database.

**Recommendations to others considering FileAudit:**

Use full version of MS SQL for larger db file size.

it allowed us to track file usage and activity for each one of our 200 users.

**What do you like best about FileAudit?**

Insight of all transaction of any given file or folder.

**What do you dislike about FileAudit?**

The speed of retrieving the data.  It is setup using an Access database, therefore it isn't as quick as if it was setup on a SQL database.

**What problems is FileAudit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were having issues with employees moving folders.  We were able to pinpoint the issues and we are currently working with the users to fix the issue.

> Thanks for your review. A free Access database is provided with FileAudit but organizations can change the database in the settings configuration. The Database systems supported by FileAudit are:

- Microsoft Access database file (MDB)
- Microsoft SQL Server Express 2008/2008 R2/2012/2014
- Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2008 R2/2012/2014
