Calls are recorded and transcribed, enabling quick searches for customer details without reviewing audio files. Lead cards capture contact information, call sources, and next steps, reducing manual data entry. Crew activity tracking shows who answered calls, dispatched jobs, and completed follow-ups, offering visibility into daily operations. With SOC 2-aligned infrastructure, recordings are retained for the life of the account, and setup does not require CRM expertise or softphone applications.
