Fidoly Reviews & Product Details

Fidoly is digital loyalty card software for independent shops: bakeries, restaurants, hair salons, wine shops, florists, beauty salons, dry cleaners… The owner sets up the programme on a single page: stamps, points or a cashback pot in euros, earned per visit, per amount spent or per item, with their own colour and reward, up to five offers at once. Customers scan the QR code at the till, leave their phone number, and the card is added to Apple Wallet; on other phones it opens as a web card. Nothing to download. At each visit, the owner types the customer's number or scans the card with a tablet or phone camera. The dashboard shows rewards due, this week's visits and customers who have stopped coming. Win-back messages go out on their own: the owner switches on "They haven't come back" or "Their reward is ready", and every morning Fidoly sends the message to the wallet card, or by email. The text is written in the shop's tone and never invents a discount. The customer file belongs to the owner, can be exported at any time and is hosted in Germany. One price: €25 per month excl. VAT, all included, no commitment, with a 30-day free trial and no credit card required.
