Fetchify's latest solution for Shopify cuts out partners entirely. Be aware: You sign your customer's up to use the platform, then they introduce a new credits system using Shopify's billing system - thus billing your client directly. **What problems is Fetchify solving and how is that benefiting you?** N/A ### 2. And although I found their email support poor, at least I could get someone on the phone. **What do you dislike about Fetchify?** At the end of 2022 I reviewed in dept all the companies I could find offering address lookup and email address validation for our ecommerce websites. Nine companies in total and Fetchify was one of those. Firstly, Fetchify are expensive in comparison to the competition. For example, they cost 25% more than Ideal postcodes for a UK address lookup... GBP 4.08p per lookup compared to 3.28p from Ideal postcodes... and that is only if you take out a £469 annual subscription plan from Fetchify which you don't need with Ideal postcodes. Secondly, I found their email validation did not work effectively in their Magento plugin because they just display a small green or red symbol on validation. It would need customisation to work. After testing on more than 4,000 orders I found we received a similar rate of emails with typos in them. They'd need a more visible warning message displayed to customers to let them know their mistake. And again email validation costs 3.06p compared with just 1.7p from Ideal postcodes... almost 50% more! To top it all off Fetchify are the only company I had a poor customer service experience with. Once you subscribe to one of their plans you can't cancel without contacting their customer service team; there is no button to cancel in the dashboard. Well, unfortunately, I forgot to contact them to cancel my annual subscription and was charged another £469 two weeks prior to the renewal date. I immediately emailed their customer support to say it was a mistake and I hadn't used their platform in 11 months. I got a short reply saying according to their T&Cs there was nothing they could do. Two more emails asking for my subscription to be cancelled were ignored. So I had to phone them to get the plan cancelled but completely unwilling to meet me half way on the renewal. Nothing they can do apparently. So buyer beware! You can get a perfect service elsewhere for 25% to 50% less with better customer service. **What problems is Fetchify solving and how is that benefiting you?** I tested their service for UK address validation and email address validation in the hope of removing customer typos and making address entry quicker for customers ### 3. After deploying its plugin on our website, we could clearly see that users are coming from which geography and their other demographic details as well. We were able to configure a lot of things during trial period as well. **What do you dislike about Fetchify?** The platform sign-up and configuration process is a bit tough and it can be made much simple to use, ex: it asks for so many questions in the registration form and it could have been just an email id and phone number - rest of things could have been derived by other tools. **What problems is Fetchify solving and how is that benefiting you?** I didn't have visibility around my users and that didn't allow me to run crafted experiments on our website, but Fetchify has solved that problem beautifully and ensured that we are getting all the insights that we can get to scale up our business. ### 4. It can easily auotfill data and parse information across different softwares. It can be xtracted easiky for marketing automation and customer insights. It also has easily readable technical documentation and integration.It smooths checkout processes and reduces error rates. **What do you dislike about Fetchify?** Its pricing is not a comparable approach to other platforms. It has a variable price model which does not make sense for certain medium sized companies. Suppot is required on different steps of the way. Sometimes, data can get lost if you are handling large query volumes. **What problems is Fetchify solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps keep track of all customer information in one softwarre database which can easily be parsed using language queries. Business performance has increased in the sense of faster loading, quicker checkouts, address verfication with ease and autofilling components. ### 5. The wide array of products allow for customers to be reached in several different way-- by email, mail, phone-- and Fetchify validates each of them in a timely manner. As the developers continue perfecting and progressing the code, it will be one of the most predictive methods of its kind for cutomer searching. **What do you dislike about Fetchify?** Not as many packages for purchase as I would like, but they do have free credits to try it out before buying. Smaller package options would open up the software to smaller institutions. **What problems is Fetchify solving and how is that benefiting you?** I replaced my slower data configuration server with Fetchify, which has fewer errors and seems to run more smoothly and efficiently. API just as reliable as more expensive competition. ### 6.
