Feestead Reviews & Product Details

Feestead is time tracking for agencies, consultancies and studios that bill clients by the hour. It keeps the workflow teams know from Harvest: timer and weekly timesheet, clients and projects, project, task and person rates, hour and fee budgets with overrun warnings, team reports and CSV/PDF exports, plus invoice lines for QuickBooks and Xero. Switching is the hard part, so Feestead makes it safe: paste a Harvest token and people, clients, projects, rates and every time entry come over, with billable and invoiced status. Then every project is checked against Harvest's own numbers (hours, entries, billable amount) so you know nothing was lost. Existing Harvest API scripts keep working thanks to a Harvest v2-compatible API. Pricing: $11 per user per month, no fees per project, client or invoice. 30-day free trial, no credit card required.
