How helpful the company is, even after working hours. When we had an important replatforming project, FeedOptimise was providing us with support, even later in the evening. The implementation of their feeds is also very straightforward. Whenever new requirements for the feed appeared, FeedOptimise always responded quickly and changed the mapping for us. There are a lot of notifications coming from FeedOptimise, every time where there is any processing going on but I believe that this something that we can change ourselves.

You have to pay attention to limits that you had setup, otherwise the feed won't be updated if it goes below that.

Feedoptimise is the most customizable, cost-effective, and easy-to-navigate platform out there. Coming from Feedonomics and being new to the shopping experience, Marcin and his team made switching smooth and staying even easier. With its user-friendly interface, simple setup, full customization options, and seamless integration, choosing this software has been one of our best decisions as a company.
