Fax It Once Reviews & Product Details

FaxItOnce is a pay-per-fax service for people who need to send one fax, not sign up for a monthly plan. Upload a PDF, enter the fax number, pay $2.75, and the fax goes out. Up to 45 pages per fax, one flat price, no subscription, no per-page charges, no cover-page advertising. It works from any web browser on a computer, tablet, or phone, with nothing to install. Several PDFs can be uploaded together and sent as one fax. When the receiving machine has accepted every page, a delivery confirmation arrives by email. If a fax cannot be delivered, there is no charge. It is used most for forms that still must be faxed: IRS forms such as SS-4, 2553 and 2848, insurance and benefits paperwork, medical records requests, and court filings. Guides on the site list the right IRS fax number by form and state. Documents are encrypted in transit, not shared for marketing, and deleted automatically after transmission. Sends to the US and 38 other countries. PDF only. Operated by GovBotics.
