**What do you like best about FASTEP?**

What I like the most is its focus on work optimization and after-sales service. The platform offers a variety of tools, such as interactive instructions with AR and photo modes, as well as AR FASTcall video calls for receiving remote help. These features are extremely useful for solving problems in real-time and streamlining the work process.

**What do you dislike about FASTEP?**

In general, I am really satisfied with your work optimization platform and after-sales service. However, at times I have experienced some minor technical difficulties when using the AR FASTcall video call function. Although this has not been a frequent issue, there have been moments when the connection or video quality has not been as stable as I would like.

**What problems is FASTEP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solve various problems in the business and industrial fields related to work optimization and after-sales service. By providing interactive instructions with AR and photo modes, it helps to simplify and streamline work processes, resulting in greater efficiency and productivity. Through the AR FASTcall video call solution, it allows users to receive remote assistance in real-time, which helps to solve problems more quickly and effectively.

**What do you like best about FASTEP?**

It is AR-based technology that is basic in nature when newcomers like me use FASTEP for the first time. it has remarkable command over recognizing equipment in real-time practically. FASTEP has a team who very finely provide training to newcomers as well as our professionals. The supportive team is so experienced that they have answers for our solutions at their fingertips.

**What do you dislike about FASTEP?**

I never found any negative feedback until I was a learner here. They are providing services daily basis as well as keeping themselves modified with the current scenario of inquiries they get.

**What problems is FASTEP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Augmented reality tools are basically born for boosting engagement and interactions among users with highly curing highly safety when they share information over video chat and live text chat. While training when I was a newcomer in the firm they taught me every basic fundamental and content management which is most sensitive for your users and directly affects to revenue of the company. So, Augmented Reality has both faces one is the benefits of awesome services and another is misuse by any inside or outside users like AR glasses.

The ability of the application to recognize equipment and overlay relevant instructions in real-time is both futuristic and immensely practical. It ensures that service engineers have access to crucial information right at their fingertips, directly on the equipment itself. The AR interface remains in place even if you momentarily look away, which is a game-changer in terms of convenience and efficiency.

Another aspect that I find incredibly valuable is FASTEP's versatility. It caters to a wide range of users, from seasoned professionals to newcomers in the field. By providing educational support and reducing mistakes, FASTEP acts as an exceptional tool for the continuous development of service engineers. A more streamlined update process with smaller, more frequent updates could potentially alleviate this concern and provide a smoother user experience.

If you understand what you are looking for, the quality of their service raises drastically. By providing support in both an AR and a photo mode, the team at FASTEP make utilizing their services pretty painless.

**What do you dislike about FASTEP?**

While initially, it is relatively unclear about the company's goals, those who are in the industry and are looking for advanced workflow optimization and support from a SaaS approach can find use in FASTEP.

**What problems is FASTEP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During many moments throughout the pandemic, my team and I were trying to use more innovative methods to not only keep our workload light but interesting. While we mainly experimented with FASTEP's AR mode, it provided deeper insight on how we could move forward with this approach.

**What do you like best about FASTEP?**

Their platform for job optimisation and first-rate after-sales support have earned my complete satisfaction. However reliable and constant the overall experience has been, there have occasionally been technical issues with the AR FASTcall video call feature.

**What do you dislike about FASTEP?**

FASTEPs AR mode falls short of providing comprehensive counsel for future actions since it lacks meaningful substance. Because of the apps limited versatility, training others with less experience can be difficult.

Our hiring process has been significantly improved using FASTEP. Now that we can review and interview candidates effectively thanks to its automated platform, we can save a lot of time.

FASTEP has incredible features that simply servicing and maintenance of equipment. It has AR, supports real-time collaboration,interaction and sharing of information in real time. FASTEP is flexible and can be used to train less experienced personnel in an engaging manner.

FASTEP requires regular updating which is time intensive and encroaches of productivity time.

FASTEP improves collaboration, saves time and allows work flexibility. You can work and offer support and training remotel. It also helps to streamline business processes increasing efficiency and productivity.

The software programme FASTEP is really outstanding and has completely changed how equipment is serviced and maintained.

**What do you dislike about FASTEP?**

The regular software update notifications we receive from FASTEP are something I dont like and cause of difficulty because of distortion.

**What problems is FASTEP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Technical support staff no longer need to visit frequently, saving time and money. Due to the quicker problem resolution, less downtime for the equipment is experienced.

I loved the intuative steps to brining a catalog of instructions right to your phone. The fact that a lot of appliances need to have manuals and steps, FASTEP helps mitigate any confusion by providing those instructions.

**What do you dislike about FASTEP?**

I would like to see more appliances in the application but that comes over time.

**What problems is FASTEP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FASTEP is helping me solve my confusion when working with household appliances. It's smart, intuative, and is easy to use when needing certain manuals or instructions.

it is fast, easy and reliable. It can help diagnose COVID-19 infection quickly and accurately, which can help prevent the spread of the virus and save lives.

**What do you dislike about FASTEP?**

it is not FDA cleared or approved , it cannot detect active infection , and it may have false positives or negatives . It is also not intended for home use or for screening donated blood.

**What problems is FASTEP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FASTEP is solving the problem of diagnosing COVID-19 infection in a rapid and convenient way. It can help health care professionals and individuals to know their antibody status and take appropriate measures to protect themselves and others from the virus.
