Very smooth and intuitive operation. Bidders can respond from the email invitation they received (i.e. don't have to log into the system to bid). Customer success support is exceptional.
What do you dislike?
We need a few additional features to fully support our process. These include a request intake and workflow capability (to field requests for quotes from our stakeholders), and better reporting / dashboarding for our team supervisors.

We are using Fairmarkit to address our larger-dollar tail spend that our more strategic sourcing team does not have the capacity to address. Business adoption has been slow, yet we have been able to achieve some savings that we would have otherwise not been able to deliver.
