They were responsive enough to change the needs we asked them regards the manufacturing. And further cloud helps the elimination of the IT team which is an advantage for sure. **What do you dislike about FactoryEdge?** The pricing is a bit expensive, I guess because they give you the free modules which should help you a lot. But if they made there pricing a bit more cheaper it would be the best software. **What problems is FactoryEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are no issues at all iam testing it for past few days and works smooth as butter. ### 4.
