Although there is a saying 'you get what you pay for'. In addition, be mindful that there are additional modules that you may need to purchase on-top of the Fact Finder search itself to get the results that you want. If there is any – though, it is important to note that this is predominantly a clients duty – it's the hosting. Setting up a server either in the cloud, client or vendor owned, or at the edge location / data center, having sufficient guidance or recommendations / best practices, would drastically increase the time to implementation, prevent making unnecessary mistakes, increase security and performance. Customer usage agnostic feebdack (Advisor) is a key component to guide customers to the best suited product, increasing customer satisfaction and reducing return rates.
