The FactFinder team and our customer account manager are also very responsive and supportive. **What do you dislike about FactFinder?** One area for improvement: we receive the weekly FactFinder report, but would appreciate more guidance on how we can leverage this data to improve the accuracy of our search functionality. **What problems is FactFinder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our eShop only provided basic search functionality, which slowed the user experience when trying to find the right product. Although there is a saying 'you get what you pay for'. All is archieved with utmost professionalism and efficiency, making FactFinder a worthwhile investment. **What do you dislike about FactFinder?** If there is any – though, it is important to note that this is predominantly a clients duty – it's the hosting. Setting up a server either in the cloud, client or vendor owned, or at the edge location / data center, having sufficient guidance or recommendations / best practices, would drastically increase the time to implementation, prevent making unnecessary mistakes, increase security and performance. **What problems is FactFinder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Customer usage agnostic feebdack (Advisor) is a key component to guide customers to the best suited product, increasing customer satisfaction and reducing return rates. In depth insights into the search usage, by far exceeding what common analytic tools provide, helps driving more value out of our data. Being able to easily test new attributes or channel configurations and many more aspects are essential features of a sophisticed tool like FactFinder. ### 6. It feels like FACT-Finder will grow with our Company. Whilst we want the engine to do most of the work for us, there are some categories we need control over and ordering products how we want them with ranking rules taking priority is quite clunky. **Recommendations to others considering FactFinder:** FACT-Finder's offering is extremely comprehensive and seems to be good value for your money. **What problems is FactFinder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Improved search. A drag and drop feature would go a long way to resolving this. This is I believe in a later update. This comes to the second dislike, all new updates often require a lot of integration changes on our side. With a limited IT resource, we often find ourselves years behind in the best Fact Finder setup because changes aren't implemented software side. **Recommendations to others considering FactFinder:** I would recommend ensuring that you have the cleanest data you can, and ensure you set out time to implement correctly.
