So, whenever we are required to access applications available on office ethernet only, we use F5 to connect remotely to the SAP server and access those applications. **What do you dislike about F5 BIG-IP DNS?** It is extremely slow at times due to which connecting to internal servers via it can even take up to a few minutes on some days. And on other days, it is so crowded network-wise, that it just doesn't connect at all. **What problems is F5 BIG-IP DNS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Working remotely an being unable to connect to office ethernet during COVID was a major challenge, but F5 Big IP is helping us to connect to servers remotely and securely and proceed with the tasks without being physically in office. ### 6.
