EZcare Operations Software Reviews & Product Details

**EZcare — Integrated Housekeeping, Maintenance and Inventory Platform** Running a short-term rental (STR) operation without the right tools costs you time, money, and good people. EZcare fixes that. Field staff see their jobs the moment they open the app --sorted, routed, and loaded with property instructions and reference photos before they knock on a single door. Custom checklists with mandatory questions and required photos mean supervisors spend less time double-checking and more time running the business. When an issue surfaces on-site, one tap reports it with photos and priority level, putting maintenance in motion before it becomes a guest complaint -- or a bad review. Scheduling gets smarter as the system learns your operation, cutting the hours managers spend manually assigning and adjusting jobs. Labor time, supply usage, and costs push directly into your property management system (PMS), eliminating manual data entry and the errors that come with it. Less rework. Fewer missed tasks. No more chasing your team for updates. EZcare has been refined over a decade alongside real operators, and if your process doesn't fit the mold, the team will customize it until it does.
