I am now using those results to flush out a data privacy, retention / deletion schedule, etc. It has been a great building block, and people like Emily have been hugely helpful. **What do you dislike about Exterro Privacy?** I have to interview some of the respondents because they didn't answer the questions with full completeness - The feedback that I heard was that the DI questionnaire was confusing and really long. **Recommendations to others considering Exterro Privacy:** If you are looking for a way to start up a privacy program, I recommend Exterro's DI - especially the team that comes along with it. **What problems is Exterro Privacy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am trying to set up a retention schedule and have a Data Privacy program, so I am using the DI for that.
