We let them sign NDAs before they can access the teams through an integrated process. With the lifecycle setting we have added automated access reviews that remove the externals automatically if they no longer need access to a project. **What do you dislike about External User Manager for Microsoft Teams?** The app is a bit slow sometimes, but nothing that really disrupts our work. The developer is working on improvements all the time, new features are added all the time as well. **What problems is External User Manager for Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us keep an overview of guest users, get NDAs from externals with no manual efforts at all, regularly check whether they still need access and remove guests if the collaboration has ended. ### 2. We would still be happy about the feature that the inactivity of the guests can be viewed (and also selected in the lifecylce management). For example, it remains unclear which external users have access to what or whether protection for sensitive data is guaranteed. The External User Manager makes it easy to manage external users. Lifecycles, for example, prevent external users who are no longer needed from continuing to have access. The Onboarding Portal offers the possibility to sign GDPR or NDA. I really like that it's easy to use. You don't need a degree to understand it :D **What do you dislike about External User Manager for Microsoft Teams?** Unfortunately there is no API yet - hopefully it will be added soon. **What problems is External User Manager for Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?** There is no real management of external user inside Azure AD/Teams. The EUM solves this problem and it does so with a ton of features, which make it easy for admins to see what's going on inside the tenant ### 5. Before gaining access to the teams, guests are required to sign NDAs through a seamless integrated process. We've also employed a lifecycle setting that triggers automated access reviews, automatically revoking access from externals if they no longer need to engage with a project. **What problems is External User Manager for Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?** There might be occasional slowness with the app, but it's never enough to seriously interfere with our tasks.
